Account Setup

Create your account, verify your email, and set up your organization to start using Liftigo AI.

Creating Your Account

Go to the Liftigo AI signup page and click 'Sign Up'.

Enter your full name, work email address, and a secure password.

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.

Sign in with your credentials to access the dashboard.

Setting Up Your Organization

After your first sign-in, you will complete a short onboarding where you provide your organization name and basic details. This creates your workspace where all team data, chats, assets, and documentation are stored.

Joining via Invitation

If your admin has invited you, you will receive an email with a signup link. Use that link to create your account — your organization and plan will be automatically assigned based on the invitation.

Pro Tips
  • Always sign up with the same email address the invite was sent to.
  • If the invite link has expired, ask your admin to resend it from Team & Access.
  • Use Forgot Password on the login page if you ever need to reset your credentials.

Organization and profile details can be updated anytime from Settings in the dashboard.
